Whether it be a multi-day destination event or a tented affair on their private property, our clients are seeking to be a guest at their own event. By investing in us, you ensure an unforgettable event that is paired with top-notch service and breathtaking design, as well as a meaningful experience for every guest.
While Teague Events specializes in full service planning and design, we do take on a limited number of weddings where we step in to manage the event.
FULL SERVICE PLANNING + DESIGN
This is for the couple who has it (mostly) handled, but needs a little assistance. With this offering you to select only the services you require, allowing you to plan the event to suit your needs. The base offering is Event Management where we step in about 4-6 weeks prior to the wedding to learn all of the details, tie up the loose ends and manage your entire event day from start to finish. Our base offering can be enhanced by adding on design services and/or monthly meetings where we can keep you on track with the planning and answer all of your questions.
We begin our process by getting to know you and the story you want to share with your guests, after which we define the style and taste that will permeate the entire event. Using this information, we are able to forecast a budget that reflects your priorities and desires. Once we have selected your destination and scouted the perfect venue, we will create a custom design proposal that serves as an aesthetic road map, pulling ideas into one cohesive vision. Each element is carefully curated and the most thoughtful details are applied. We will then assemble your creative team which consists of the best purveyors in the industry to help bring your vision to life. As your event nears, we oversee everything from managing your event flow to discreetly solving any on-site issues that arise. We will act as your advocate with vendors, creating space for you and your guests to connect.
For us, the most important factor in the planning of an event is having the client's trust and peace of mind. Involvement in the planning process varies from our clients contributing to every decision and detail to completely passing over the event to us and letting us surprise them.
Because Stephanie is deeply involved with each wedding, we only take a limited number of weddings per year.
EVENT MANAGEMENT +
Yes of course! We start working with many of our clients before they have a date. Often booking your venue will set your date, and if you don’t have one yet, we'd love to help you find the perfect one. Having a planner to guide you through this process can be quite advantageous too, as we’ll be able to note the pros (and sometimes cons) of a space, help you navigate the contract, and ask the important questions that a seasoned professional knows to ask.
The number one thing we ask from our clients is trust. You are hiring us as professionals who have been doing this for 12+ years. While we love to collaborate with our clients and they are the final decision-makers, we will make the wedding planning process much simpler and less time-consuming than you ever imagined. Let us handle all the details so you can focus on the fun parts of the process.
Yes! About 75% of our clients live out of the area. We'd like to think we have perfected the ability to work with people from a distance. Zoom is amazing and we do a lot of the planning via email.
We love tented affairs but also have the pleasure of planning events at some of the top venues across the globe. We have coordinated a variety of cultural weddings such as Indian, Pakistani, Greek, Mexican, Native American, Chinese, Laotian, and Jewish weddings. We love immersing ourselves in the different traditions of each culture and we would love to hear more about yours. If there is something we have not done in the past, we are committed to educating ourself prior to working together to learn all we need to know.
Our smallest event was just 12 guests and our largest was well over 600 guests. No event is ever too small or too big!
Absolutely! We will gladly go anywhere our clients can dream up. There is nothing better than a romantic spot in the mountains, a vivid, tropical beach or an historic chateau in Europe. We love destination weddings because they allow you to spend time with your loved ones in a relaxed vacation mode over a longer period of time.
A planner deals with all of the logistical elements of an event whereas a designer deals with all of the aesthetic elements of an event. Logistical elements include hiring vendors, creating schedules, and making appointments. Aesthetic components include designing flowers, lighting, stationery, and tabletops. We are proud to offer fully integrated design along with our planning services.
We are definitely open to speaking with new vendors. In order to ensure the quality and professionalism of your event, we have a vendor vetting process in place to ensure we only work with seasoned professionals who are skilled and reliable.
